Beautiful country cottage in the RibbleValley. Rural and quiet location. Shops cafes, restaurants and amenities only 5-10 minutes drive away. Spacious Open plan kitchen/lounge area ideal for families. There a large downstairs bedroom with shower en suite. Very large garden with open views. Plenty of parking. Great area for enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
The property is private not over looked by any other properties. Guests have use of the whole house. It has a patio outside the house and very large lawned area. It has an outdoor ‘L’ shaped settee with a table for guest to use.
Well behaved dogs welcome with a few added courtesy rules-

The cottage is in a rural location. Longridge and Ribchester are both 2 miles away. There are many beautiful villages to visit. Historic Stonyhurst college, Clitheroe, and Whalley just to mention a few. There are many excellent restaurants locally. It’s great for walking either leisurely or more challenging. If your a keen cyclist have a go at some of the challenging hills! Lots to see and do!
