The S-M7 helmet is designed for off-road racing and is optimized to provide the perfect combination of superior ventilation and comfort in a lightweight helmet, while its aerodynamic composite shell offers exceptional impact protection. In addition to Alpinestars' patented A-Head adjustment system and visor release system, the S-M7 is equipped with innovative PLASMA technology at the lower edge of the shell for optimal energy dissipation in the event of contact with the collarbone area.

Construction
- • The multi-layer shell is constructed from a blend of fiberglass, carbon, and aramid fiber for the optimal combination of impact protection and force dissipation, slip performance, energy absorption, stability, and durability.
- • The patented A-Head adjustment system allows for easy adjustment of the angle and height at which the helmet sits on the head.
- • Ultra-ventilated helmet with 20 individual intake and exhaust ports, excluding the eye port, with 13 intakes and 7 exhausts, for optimal ventilation.
- • Ready for Eject extraction system: the helmet is designed to accommodate the installation of an Eject extraction system, which includes a removable insert at the top of the EPS.
- • Removable liner: With 3D foam for optimal comfort, the liner features an antimicrobial treatment for lasting freshness.
- • The fit of the S-M7 can be further customized through genuine Alpinestars replacement cheek pads, which are available in all thicknesses and are interchangeable between all shell sizes.

- • Specific protection against rotational impacts is provided by the combination of the internal shape and the specific coating of the EPS liner, coupled with a specially developed surface on the comfort liner. This Alpinestars Patented Specific Coating technology reduces the rotational acceleration transmitted to the rider's head: the S-M7 helmet exceeds the new Maximum Rotational Acceleration standard ECE 22.06 by 76%.
