The SINCRO project was born with a clear ambition – to create the deepest possible connection between rider and machine. Beta engineers, working alongside both professional and novice riders, have redefined every element of the trials motorcycle. The result is a new generation designed to anticipate rider input, respond instinctively, and set new benchmarks for control, precision, and handling.

  • All-new aluminium backbone frame with integrated fuel tank – slimmer, stronger, and more responsive.

  • Updated geometry with new forged components for increased torsional stiffness and improved steering precision.

  • Slim, ergonomic bodywork with modern graphics for improved rider integration.

  • Reinforced steering tube and reduced welds for structural durability.

⚑ Suspension & Swingarm

  • New lightweight swingarm, both stronger and lighter than before, reducing unsprung mass.

  • Front fork with revised hydraulics, reduced spindle distance, and lighter components for enhanced sensitivity.

  • New shock mounting & linkage: more progressive response, centralised mass, and reduced rider fatigue.

  • Completely redesigned 2-stroke engine family (125, 250, 300cc).

  • Revised crankcases with reversed layout: kickstarter on the right, chain drive on the left.

  • Compact six-speed gearbox with optimised ratios.

  • All-new diaphragm spring clutch: lighter action, improved modulation, and 3 preload settings for personalisation.

  • Shortened intake path and new transfer geometry for instant throttle response and smoother power delivery.

  • Weight saving of nearly 800g compared with EVO generation engines.

  • Optional electric start kit available (not on 125cc).

  • Fully integrated cooling circuit with no external hoses.

  • Compact radiator with forward-tilt access system for easier maintenance and improved protection.

  • New forged triple clamps, redesigned wheel hubs, and updated electrical layout for durability and precision.

  • Revised rear brake pedal positioning for more powerful, controlled braking on technical descents.
